TEMPERAMENTS was built to be fast, simple and deeply insightful. It uncovers psychological bias and explores how it plays out in individual performance, team dynamics and culture.
TEMPERAMENTS uses multiple choice questions, requiring the participant to reveal their values and priorities by choosing between three different but equally valid answers.
The answers to the questions reveal a bias toward either CQ, IQ or EQ: Imaginative, rational or emotional intelligence.
